The app lets me fill a form, then says the action is paused

Symptoms: You can browse Shipping, Cargo Well, Shop, setup, or speculation screens, but a final Submit, Post, Accept, Authorize, or Place bet button sends you to an explanation page instead of opening a wallet signature.

What to know:

  • This is expected on preview deployments that are waiting for EVE Frontier world-contract support needed by Pelusium’s cross-SSU delivery flow.
  • Nothing has been submitted on-chain if the wallet signature did not open and confirm.
  • You can still use the 3D route planner, inspect the exchange, and prepare the exact fields you will need later.
  • Use the Discord or community link shown in the app’s explanation page for the latest status.

Wallet and network

Symptoms: Transactions fail right away, your wallet shows the wrong chain, or explorers don’t match what you expect.

What to try:

  • In your Sui wallet, switch to the same network the Pelusium site is using (the app usually makes this obvious when it’s wrong).
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the wallet, then repeat the action.
  • If you use several wallets or profiles, confirm you’re in the account that owns the SSU or accepted the job.

Pickup or delivery fails

Symptoms: Pickup or deliver reverts or errors even though the job looks right in the UI.

What to try:

  • Complete SSU & Pelusium setup on both the pickup and drop-off storage units involved in the job.
  • Double-check that the SSU IDs in the job are the units you authorized—typos or the wrong structure break the flow.
  • Make sure the courier (or whoever acts on-chain) is using the wallet that matches the job state in the app.

Shop or Cargo Well looks empty or stuck

What to try:

  • Refresh the page and wait a few seconds—lists load from live data.
  • Try another browser or turn off aggressive ad / privacy extensions that block scripts.
  • Confirm you’re on the correct network (same as above).

3D map or route planner is not routing

Symptoms: The map loads but Build route is unavailable, a system name is not found, or the route card says routing is unavailable.

What to try:

  • Wait a few seconds and refresh the page; the planner loads a large system catalog before routing.
  • Choose systems from the start and destination suggestions when possible, so spelling and punctuation match the catalog.
  • If the page says it is showing a showcase fallback, route building may be unavailable until the live catalog is connected.
  • If you use Manual jump radius, make sure Use manual jump radius is checked. Otherwise pick a ship and fuel profile.

Transactions: how to dig a little deeper

  • Open the transaction digest in a Sui explorer (e.g. Suiscan) on the right network to see the exact error.
  • If the app offers preview or simulate before signing, use it to catch issues early.
